The market lows in March which was largely attributed to credit crunch fears was alleviated by the Fed’s action to save Bear Sterns. However, the brief recovery that were seen in global markets till mid May have since given way to renewed fears of global inflationary pressures. High oil prices and strong commodity prices have been blamed partly on growing emerging market demand and partly on speculative pressures.”  What are the possible investment strategies for dealing with inflationary pressures?
