New Chairman for Investment topic group
Tom Shields, former MD of Kemfine and Avecia Fine Chemicals has agreed to take over as Chair of the Investment Group from Sandy Dobbie with immediate effect. Tom has been a member of the group since its inception and also sits on the CSS leadership team.
