Big takeover deal not needed, says Cadbury chief executive
Wide market speculation
Despite increasing competition within the confectionery segment, Cadbury's chief executive, Todd Stitzer, has said that the company does not have to make any big takeover deals, reported Reuters.

These speculations follow the recent deal between confectionery firms Mars and Wrigley. Mars has agreed to purchase Wrigley for £11.5bn. More on this story
