ABF's Pataks Brand Launch Video Recipes On Youtube
Pataks, Foodieboxes, Pepsi, Ideal Shopping Direct, Waterstone's, Devon online grocer
Wigan-based communications agency, Parker Sandford, has created 14 recipe videos for Pataks, part of Associated British Foods. The videos are designed to help the company grow its brand online and cover recipes such as Bombay potato and spiced kashmiri rack of lamb. Each video is around three minutes long and all are presented by Anjali Pathak, daughter of founders Kirit and Meena Pathak. Parker Sandford will develop another 14 recipe videos for 2009. “From the pre-production to the final results, the process was efficient and enjoyable,” said Pathak. Pataks and Parker Sandford have been working together on the manufacturer’s brand strategy for eight years. See pataksfood channel on youtube
Foodieboxes are exciting new funky hampers. All the products are from small Scottish independent food producers and are hand picked by Peter Mclean the 25 year old Edinburgh entrepreneur who runs the company. He launched Foodieboxes in December 2007, marketing his exciting range of contemporary and funky Scottish food hampers. Being a passionate supporter of fine Scottish food and drink, McLean saw a gap in the market for an up to date food hamper and so has brought the traditional Scottish hamper concept into the 21st century, with this range of stylishly designed Foodieboxes. The Christmas Foodieboxes are now available to order online. And even if you can’t find exactly what you’re looking for in the long list of foodieboxes available, then you can ‘build your own’, by choosing a size of box and then filling it with products as described on the website, so you are giving a truly unique foodie present!
Pepsi is giving consumers a kick in the right direction providing great entertainment on the go with cutting edge mobile technology, Britvic and PepsiCo have announced. The new project is expected to be the first use of quick response (QR) codes across a major consumer brand in the UK and will appear on over 400 million packs. The QR codes will allow consumers to interact with packs via WAP and gain access to fantastic content provided by Pepsi including seminars by Pepsi’s very own tongue-in-cheek life coach, Rusty Champion. Popular games including Pro Evolution Soccer and Project Gotham racing, ringtones, wallpapers and Pepsi’s unique view of the best of the web will also be made available direct to consumers’ mobiles. Each time consumers snap a QR code with their mobile phone camera they will be given a different kick with loyal visitors being rewarded with exclusive content after a certain number of visits.
