King’s Business is offering an internship for PhD students and post-doctoral researchers at the College. The part-time internship offers the opportunity to gain experience of research commercialisation by working alongside the Commercial Development team.
The intern will take an active role in evaluating the commercial potential of new research commercialisation opportunities, protecting intellectual property rights, identifying opportunities for collaboration with the business sector, and promoting knowledge transfer activities.
The internship is normally offered on a voluntary one day per week basis over three months. The flexible programme can be adapted to fit your normal commitments and suit your individual business interests.
