Welcome to =mc's tips and tools!

In this issue, we explore a range of project management tools to help you get your projects under control. As usual we have a range of news and views to keep you stimulated...

Join =mc's director Bernard Ross on the consultant's couch to get his insights on the Arts Council funding cuts. And if your team or organisation is going through a merger or restructure - or, in fact, any kind of change - then you will benefit from our seminar: Change - turning a problem into a solution (15 May).

Enjoy!
