A business needs to invest in its Core Production in order to have a business. Support Functions are next with attention on where the next greatest efficiencies can be achieved. Discretionary Spend is way down the line of priorities, as nice-to-haves.

Seductive Marketing Part 3: Defining Your Small Yeses
A series of small asks, building trust, winning business

As a reminder, your objective is to pluck cold prospects (the toughest prospect ever) from the marketplace and attract them into communication with your company. Through a series of activities to generate more business from existing clients and also to attract new clients, the Sales Generation Process implements a semi-automated sales and marketing process for your business.

In last month’s Market Leader Newsletter on Seductive Marketing, the Ideal Client Focus Framework was outlined. One of the deliverables of the Ideal Client Focus Programme is a definition of the type of client(s) that are most suitable to your business. This definition includes where you might attract your Ideal Client from, such as knowing what magazines they read and what Industry Organisations they belong to.

This Month we are looking to define a series of possible steps, of small yeses, in developing existing and new clients.
