MCA members address the House of Lords
On 9 March a small group of members gave evidence to the House of Lords EU Select Committee on the Draft Services Directive. The MCA team was well received and spent around 45 minutes with the Committee. The draft directive aims to liberalise services markets in the EU by making it easier for providers like management and IT consultants to operate across borders without getting tied up in unnecessary and burdensome regulation.
