Nanocomposite coating for an elastomeric / rubber substrate

We are seeking an organisation with the capability to produce a nanocomposite coating for an elastomeric/rubber substrate.

The coating must be:

  • free of silicone oils
  • inert
  • hydrophobic
  • pin-hole free
  • safe for parental packaging
  • good adhesion with the substrate
  • low coefficient of friction

The coating will come into contact with drug products for human usage.
