现年43岁的海伦•布兰德已被任命为特许公认会计师公会ACCA行政总裁。她此前担任ACCA战略和发展事务常务总监，于1996年加入国际会计师专业团体ACCA。海伦•布兰德将于9月1日起接替现任总裁艾伦•布理维。在ACCA总部任职5年后，布理维将返回澳大利亚悉尼。
