Aberdeen Group Report: “B2B Collaboration: Assessing the ROI of Process Integration”
With recent Aberdeen Group research showing that only 20% of companies have best-in-class B2B collaboration, whilst the remaining 80% are either industry average or laggards, it is clear that many companies are failing to maximise the benefits that can
be achieved through broader and deeper collaboration with suppliers, customers and business partners.
Sterling Commerce has commissioned the Aberdeen Group to research the ROI of Process Integration. By helping companies to assess their own B2B collaboration maturity and making specific recommendations for action based on maturity levels and business objectives, this report enables companies to determine and justify the right B2B collaboration priorities, and build an effective business case for B2B collaboration investments.
